PREMESSA

Nel cuore dell'Europa del 1870, in un'epoca di profonde incertezze e mutamenti epocali, si concretizzò un'intesa senza precedenti: il "Patto dei Francesi". Questo patto di sangue, forgiato nel segreto e sottoscritto dalle comunità nascoste non solo in Francia, ma in ogni angolo del continente (dall'Inghilterra alla Germania, dal Belgio alla Scandinavia, fino ai Balcani), rappresentò un accordo cruciale tra Real Vampires, Real Werewolves, Streghe, Pagani e una potente fazione di umani.

Il Patto sanciva una solenne alleanza e stabiliva un insieme di regole di convivenza e rispetto reciproco. I Real Vampires e i Real Werewolves si impegnavano a rinunciare alle pratiche predatorie di sussistenza basate sull'assassinio di esseri umani, un'usanza comune prima di tale accordo. In cambio, la fazione umana offriva volontariamente il proprio sangue e la propria energia pranica. Parallelamente, il Patto imponeva alle Streghe, ai Pagani e agli aderenti ad altri culti (inclusi gli adoratori di Lucifero) di astenersi dall'infliggere danni a Vampiri e Licantropi tramite rituali di magia nera o maledizioni. Questo equilibrio delicato si dimostrò resiliente, perdurando per l'intera durata della Prima Guerra Mondiale.

La sua distruzione avvenne tragicamente durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale. Hitler, venuto a conoscenza dell'esistenza dei Real Vampires e dei Werewolves, scatenò una spietata caccia per catturare queste "creature", con l'intento di sottoporle a esperimenti di laboratorio volti a trasformarle in super-soldati. Mentre Streghe e Pagani furono costretti a un'esistenza clandestina, Vampiri e Licantropi vennero brutalmente perseguitati, catturati e ridotti a cavie per esperimenti di mutazione genetica. Fortunatamente, solo una minoranza di Real Vampires e Werewolves cadde nelle mani del regime nazista. La stragrande maggioranza riuscì a salvarsi mimetizzandosi tra gli umani e occultando le proprie capacità. Cruciale fu l'aiuto dei "miti e delle leggende" – narrazioni sapientemente diffuse dagli stessi RV e RW sin dall'Inquisizione – che crearono una "falsa immagine" di queste creature, miti che ancora oggi persistono nella credenza popolare.

La fine della Seconda Guerra Mondiale e la caduta del regime nazista segnarono la cessazione formale del Patto dei Francesi. Tuttavia, nel clima di crescente ferocia e instabilità che oggi minaccia la razza umana con il baratro del conflitto globale, la sua ricostituzione si rivela non solo fondamentale, ma vitale. Vampiri, Licantropi, Therians, Otherkins, Streghe, Pagani e donatori umani hanno il dovere ineludibile di escogitare un piano comune per la propria salvezza e tutela, replicando e perfezionando le strategie di sopravvivenza già adottate in passato.

Il Patto dei Francesi, qui riformulato e riscritto basandosi sul modello originale tramandato dalle antiche famiglie di Vampiri, Licantropi e Streghe – alcune delle quali tuttora residenti in Italia e la cui preziosa collaborazione, per motivi di tutela, non può essere pubblicamente citata – è lo strumento essenziale per salvaguardare dall'estinzione le nostre razze, la stregoneria, la magia, gli antichi grimori e i culti pagani. In un'epoca in cui la paura di una possibile Terza Guerra Mondiale è palpabile, pensare alla nostra salvezza dall'estinzione è la cosa più logica e razionale. Sappiamo bene che in caso di conflitto, molti di noi rischierebbero lo sterminio sotto i bombardamenti, nei combattimenti, o semplicemente per la necessità di salvare la propria pelle.

Crediamo fermamente che, in questo scenario, aumentare il numero dei Vampiri, Licantropi, Therians, Otherkins, Streghe e Pagani sia l'azione più razionale e logica per salvare le nostre razze.

COSTITUZIONE DEL PATTO DEI FRANCESI

Il patto dei Francesi è stato ripristinato nel 2025, e siglato e firmato dalle più importanti comunità di Real Vampires, Real Wertewolves, Therian, Otherkins, Streghe, Pagani e altri in Italia

ARTICOLI DEL PATTO

 

Art. 1: COSTITUZIONE, DENOMINAZIONE E NATURA DELL'ACCORDO

È formalmente costituito e fondato dai rappresentanti sopra citati il “PATTO DEI FRANCESI” (in sigla PADFI). Il PADFI è un accordo vincolante di natura strategica e morale, stipulato in forma gratuita tra le singole parti e le comunità che esse rappresentano. Esso stabilisce un corpus di normative, ideologie guida e principi morali inderogabili, la cui osservanza è riconosciuta, accettata e garantita da tutti i comparenti e dalle rispettive comunità affiliate. L'adesione al PADFI implica l'accettazione piena e incondizionata di tutte le sue disposizioni.

 

Art. 2: FINALITÀ, SEDE E AMBITO DI APPLICAZIONE

Il Patto dei Francesi non ha una sede fisica unica, ma è operativamente attivo presso ciascuna comunità aderente in Italia, fungendo da rete interconnessa di mutuo supporto e vigilanza. La sua finalità primaria e inderogabile è duplice:

1. Disciplina e normazione della sopravvivenza in caso di conflitto globale: Il Patto definisce le strategie e le azioni coordinate essenziali per la protezione e la salvaguardia delle razze indicate nel preambolo (Real Vampires, Real Werewolves, Real Werewolves Vampires, Therians, Otherkins, Streghe, Necromanti, Pagani, ecc.) di fronte a eventi bellici di ampia portata che minaccino la loro integrità e la loro stessa esistenza.

2. Impedimento dell'estinzione e preservazione del patrimonio: Il PADFI si impegna attivamente a prevenire l'estinzione non solo delle razze sensibili, ma anche della magia, della stregoneria in tutte le sue forme, delle religioni e culti stregonici, della necromanzia, e dei culti pagani e delle filosofie a essi connesse. Ciò include la tutela degli antichi saperi, delle pratiche rituali, dei testi sacri e dei grimori.

 

Art. 3: ORGANO DI CONTROLLO, GARANZIA E GIURISDIZIONE

Le comunità e i rappresentanti elencati convergono nel riconoscere la Lega Italiana Real Vampires (LIRV), in quanto unica Associazione legalmente costituita in Italia e dotata di statuto registrato, come sede fiscale e legale del PADFI, investendola del ruolo di "Giudice Controllore" sull’osservanza e l'applicazione delle presenti regole. Il suo presidente fondatore, Jacob Demetri alias Horus Sat, e la stessa Associazione LIRV, agiranno come garanti supremi affinché il Patto dei Francesi sia osservato con il massimo onore, con assoluta legalità e nel pieno rispetto di tutti i suoi principi fondanti. Eventuali controversie o violazioni del Patto saranno sottoposte al giudizio inappellabile della LIRV, la quale potrà avvalersi di un consiglio consultivo composto da rappresentanti delle comunità aderenti per decisioni di particolare rilevanza.

 

Art. 4: STILE DI VITA, CONVIVENZA E STRATEGIE DI SALVEZZA

Il Patto dei Francesi definisce inequivocabilmente lo stile di vita delle comunità aderenti come l'unico modello di condotta possibile e indispensabile per la salvezza collettiva. Questo stile di vita non è solo un insieme di precetti, ma una vera e propria strategia di adattamento e resilienza. Esso mira sia a preservare le diverse razze dall'estinzione in caso di guerra, sia a salvare dall'oblio e dalla distruzione le pratiche magiche, gli antichi culti e l'intero corpus dell'antico sapere. Il PADFI descrive in dettaglio le azioni proattive e reattive da intraprendere per evitare l'estinzione delle razze, promuovendo la cooperazione e la segretezza come pilastri fondamentali della sopravvivenza.

 

Art. 5: STRATEGIE DI AUMENTO NUMERICO E PREVENZIONE DELL'ESTINZIONE DELLE RAZZE SENSIBILI

L'esiguo e limitato numero di Real Vampires, Real Werewolves, Real Werewolves Vampires, Therians, Otherkins in Italia e in Europa, ci impone una riflessione cruciale: al verificarsi di un conflitto armato su scala globale, le nostre razze sarebbero esposte a un rischio concreto e oggettivo di soccombere ed estinguersi completamente. Di fronte a tale minaccia, è imperativo che le comunità facenti parte del presente Patto abbiano la possibilità di tutelarsi, con priorità assoluta contro l'estinzione. In secondo luogo, è fondamentale proteggere la perdita dell'antico sapere e delle nostre uniche conoscenze.

L'unica via possibile, logica e razionale per tutelarsi dall'estinzione di queste razze è la crescita numerica esponenziale. Per le categorie quali Real Vampires (RV), Real Werewolves (RW), Real Werewolves Vampires (RWV), Therians e Otherkins, ciò implica la necessità di aumentare le loro comunità sia attraverso la nascita naturale (laddove possibile) sia, e questo è il punto cruciale, attraverso la trasmissione delle loro peculiarità a individui terzi. Le ricerche mediche americane, che hanno evidenziato la possibilità di un "virus vampiro" non mortale in grado di indurre modifiche genetiche, o di fattori genetici/biologici trasmissibili, aprono nuove prospettive. Si intende il VERO VAMPIRISMO e la VERA LICANTROPIA (distinti dalle fantasie cinematografiche) come qualcosa di trasmissibile non solo da genitore a figlio, ma anche da un Real Vampire o Real Werewolf a un terzo individuo. Lo stesso principio si applica ai Therians e agli Otherkins.

Mentre in passato l'Associazione LIRV ha prudentemente mantenuto una posizione di non divulgazione sull'impossibilità della trasformazione (per evitare confusione, perdita di controllo e abusi di potere da parte di individui senza scrupoli), l'emergenza di un potenziale conflitto impone un cambio radicale di strategia. La salvaguardia dall'estinzione delle nostre razze ha ora la priorità assoluta. Perciò, le singole comunità dei Vampiri, Licantropi, Therians e Otherkins si assumeranno la responsabilità di controllare scrupolosamente e con la massima diligenza il fenomeno della trasformazione. Tale controllo dovrà garantire che le comunità rimangano purificate da malintenzionati, esaltati e individui mossi unicamente dalla smania di potere o da intenti egoistici.

Art. 6: MODALITÀ DI CONTROLLO SULLA TRASFORMAZIONE E INTEGRAZIONE DEI NUOVI RISVEGLIATI

Le singole comunità aderenti al Patto dei Francesi designeranno al proprio interno dei membri responsabili e qualificati, la cui mansione sarà quella di crescere, guidare, formare e informare ogni trasformato o "nuovo risvegliato" nelle discipline e nei principi di responsabilizzazione. I nuovi Risvegliati dovranno sottoporsi ai regolamenti interni che disciplinano la vita civile, etica e responsabile della loro specifica comunità di appartenenza.

Laddove non esistano ancora in Italia comunità specifiche e strutturate (ad esempio, per i Licantropi, i Therians o altre categorie), l'Associazione Lega Italiana Real Vampires (LIRV), in qualità di associazione nazionale "mista" e di organismo di controllo del PADFI, assumerà la responsabilità di supervisionare le trasformazioni e di promuovere attivamente la nascita e lo sviluppo delle comunità mancanti, fornendo supporto logistico e normativo.

Art. 7: CRITERI DI AMMISSIBILITÀ E CONDIZIONI PER LA TRASFORMAZIONE

È essenziale riconoscere che la trasformazione in Vampiri, Licantropi, ecc., non è universalmente possibile per ogni individuo. Sulla base delle ricerche mediche americane e dell'esperienza delle antiche famiglie, esistono specifici fattori che possono impedire il successo della mutazione. Questi includono, ma non si limitano a, un sistema immunitario particolarmente resistente capace di neutralizzare l'agente trasmissibile (nel caso sia un "virus vampiro") o la mancanza di una predisposizione genetica o biologica innata alla mutazione da parte dell'individuo. Studi pilota hanno dimostrato che solo una minoranza di persone esposte a un agente trasformativo (es. bevendo il sangue di un Real Vampire) ha effettivamente sviluppato le caratteristiche della razza, mentre la maggior parte è rimasta inalterata e in buona salute. Questo conferma che, senza la predisposizione naturale dell'individuo, nessuna mutazione significativa in Real Vampire o altra razza sensibile può avvenire.

È altresì importante sottolineare che, sempre secondo le ricerche mediche, l'agente trasformativo (es. il virus vampiro) ha la capacità unica di indurre una mutazione che porta l'individuo a diventare un "altro". Tale mutazione non danneggia il sistema immunitario o la salute generale dell'ospite, ma al contrario, ne migliora alcune funzionalità corporee e ne prolunga la vita, consentendo all'individuo di vivere più a lungo nel corpo ospitante. La mutazione, tuttavia, non è un semplice miglioramento fisico, ma un vero e proprio cambiamento ontologico che porta l'individuo a diventare un nuovo essere con capacità, pregi e difetti distinti da quelli di una persona comune, come dettagliatamente descritto nelle tradizioni e negli archivi delle vere comunità di vampiri, licantropi, therians, ecc.

 

Art. 8: LA SEGRETEZZA ASSOLUTA E LA PROTEZIONE DALL'ISTERIA COLLETTIVA

La possibilità che le comunità di Real Vampires o altre mettano in atto il processo di mutazione/trasformazione potrebbe generare uno shock profondo e diffuso nella popolazione comune. Questo scenario potrebbe innescare l'isteria di massa e una rinnovata "caccia alle streghe" in un mondo contemporaneo sempre più propenso a identificare nuovi capri espiatori in tempi di crisi. Per tali ragioni inderogabili, è imperativo che le operazioni di trasformazione e l'esistenza stessa di tali pratiche avvengano nella massima segretezza.

È tassativamente proibito diffondere annunci pubblici del tipo "cerco persone da trasformare in vampiri" o simili. Qualsiasi individuo o gruppo che contravvenga a questa disposizione, pubblicando annunci di tale natura, sarà considerato responsabile di un danno enorme e irreparabile alla sicurezza e alla stabilità delle nostre comunità, e subirà le più severe sanzioni previste dal Patto. La trasformazione sarà considerata esclusivamente nell'ambito riservato e confidenziale delle nostre comunità. La selezione avverrà unicamente tra coloro che si avvicinano alla LIRV e intraprendono un percorso di conoscenza e fiducia reciproca, dimostrando assoluta trasparenza e integrità, senza nulla da nascondere nei confronti della LIRV e delle comunità aderenti. La violazione della segretezza è considerata un tradimento imperdonabile.

 

Art. 9: GUIDA, INDAGINE E PREPARAZIONE DEI CANDIDATI ALLA TRASFORMAZIONE

Nessun individuo potrà essere trasformato senza aver completato un'accurata preparazione e senza essere stato sottoposto alla guida di un membro designato. Non sarà in alcun modo consentito cedere a ricatti, minacce o pressioni da parte di coloro che desiderano la trasformazione unicamente per brama di potere, motivo di vanto personale, o qualsiasi altra motivazione egoistica e superficiale.

Ogni persona richiedente la trasformazione dovrà essere oggetto di un'approfondita indagine da parte della LIRV o delle comunità aderenti al Patto dei Francesi. Tale indagine comprenderà l'analisi della persona, la verifica del suo passato (privilegiando l'assenza di precedenti torbidi o comportamenti moralmente discutibili) e una valutazione scrupolosa delle motivazioni autentiche che la spingono a richiedere la trasformazione.

A tal fine, le comunità, a partire dalla LIRV, si doteranno di "Guide", o "Maestri", individui di provata esperienza, saggezza e integrità. Il loro compito sarà quello di preparare eticamente, psicologicamente e spiritualmente il neofito alla trasformazione e di seguirlo nelle fasi successive, garantendo la sua crescita responsabile e l'integrazione armoniosa nella comunità. Le Guide saranno responsabili di instillare nel neofito il rispetto dei principi del Patto e delle tradizioni della razza prescelta.

 

Art. 10: SALVAGUARDIA DEL SAPERE MAGICO, NECROMANTICO, PAGANO E ALTRI CULTI

La salvaguardia dall'estinzione di Streghe, Maghi, Necromanti, Pagani, Wiccan, Satanisti e aderenti ad altri culti esoterici e religiosi si differenzia sostanzialmente dalle strategie di aumento numerico delle razze sensibili. In questa sezione, la sopravvivenza non dipende dalla "trasformazione" fisica, ma dalla propagazione e trasmissione dell'antico sapere e della conoscenza a un numero maggiore di individui. L'obiettivo primario è che il patrimonio di conoscenza – quello che deve essere salvato – possa preservarsi dall'estinzione grazie a una condivisione più ampia e controllata.

Si riconosce che l'acquisizione delle capacità di Strega, Necromante, ecc., può avvenire attraverso diversi canali: il trasferimento diretto del sapere da parenti, antenati o maestri; l'ereditarietà spirituale; l'apprendimento formale presso scuole esoteriche; o anche l'interazione con Entità (come i Demoni, per i culti pertinenti).

Pertanto, ogni Strega, Necromante, Pagano o praticante di altri culti esoterici che desideri salvare il proprio sapere ha il dovere morale e strategico di creare e formare allievi. Questi allievi dovranno essere accuratamente selezionati per la loro integrità, dedizione e predisposizione, e saranno gli eredi designati delle loro arti, delle loro qualità e della loro conoscenza, assicurando la continuità e la perpetuazione dell'antico sapere.

Contestualmente, gli antichi testi, i grimori di famiglia, i grimori di scuole, i libri delle ombre, i libri sulla magia, gli strumenti magici e ogni altro artefatto o risorsa contenente conoscenze occulte devono essere in ogni modo salvati, catalogati, protetti e tutelati da ogni possibile minaccia bellica o distruttiva. Le comunità si impegneranno a individuare luoghi sicuri (fisici o digitali, se adeguatamente protetti) per la conservazione di questo inestimabile patrimonio, garantendone l'accesso solo ai Guardiani del sapere designati.

The Pact of the French

 

 

Preamble

 

In the heart of Europe in 1870, during an era of profound uncertainty and epochal change, an unprecedented agreement materialized: "The Pact of the French." This blood pact, forged in secrecy and signed by hidden communities not only in France but across every corner of the continent (from England to Germany, Belgium to Scandinavia, and even the Balkans), represented a crucial agreement among Real Vampires, Real Werewolves, Witches, Pagans, and a powerful faction of humans.

The Pact sanctioned a solemn alliance and established a set of rules for coexistence and mutual respect. Real Vampires and Real Werewolves committed to abandoning predatory subsistence practices based on the assassination of human beings, a common custom before this agreement. In return, the human faction voluntarily offered their blood and pranic energy. Simultaneously, the Pact required Witches, Pagans, and adherents of other cults (including Lucifer worshippers) to refrain from inflicting harm upon Vampires and Werewolves through black magic rituals or curses. This delicate balance proved resilient, enduring for the entire duration of World War I.

Its destruction tragically occurred during World War II. Hitler, having learned of the existence of Real Vampires and Werewolves, unleashed a ruthless hunt to capture these "creatures" with the intent of subjecting them to laboratory experiments aimed at transforming them into super-soldiers. While Witches and Pagans were forced into a clandestine existence, Vampires and Werewolves were brutally persecuted, captured, and reduced to guinea pigs for genetic mutation experiments. Fortunately, only a minority of Real Vampires and Werewolves fell into the hands of the Nazi regime. The vast majority managed to save themselves by blending in with humans and concealing their abilities. Crucial to their survival was the help of "myths and legends"—narratives cleverly disseminated by RVs and RWs themselves since the Inquisition—which created a "false image" of these creatures, myths that persist in popular belief even today.

The end of World War II and the fall of the Nazi regime marked the formal cessation of the Pact of the French. However, in the climate of increasing ferocity and instability that now threatens the human race with the abyss of global conflict, its reconstitution proves not only fundamental but vital. Vampires, Werewolves, Therians, Otherkins, Witches, Pagans, and human donors have the undeniable duty to devise a common plan for their salvation and protection, replicating and perfecting the survival strategies already adopted in the past.

The Pact of the French, reformulated and rewritten here based on the original model passed down by ancient families of Vampires, Werewolves, and Witches—some of whom still reside in Italy and whose valuable collaboration, for protection reasons, cannot be publicly cited—is the essential tool to safeguard our races, witchcraft, magic, ancient grimoires, and pagan cults from extinction. In an era when the fear of a potential World War III is palpable, thinking about our salvation from extinction is the most logical and rational thing to do. We are well aware that in the event of conflict, many of us would risk extermination from bombings, in combat, or simply from the need to save our own skin. We firmly believe that, in this scenario, increasing the number of Vampires, Werewolves, Therians, Otherkins, Witches, and Pagans is the most rational and logical action to save our races.

Constitution of the Pact of the French

 

The Pact of the French was re-established in 2025, and sealed and signed by the most important communities of Real Vampires, Real Werewolves, Therians, Otherkins, Witches, Pagans, and others in Italy.

Articles of the Pact

 

Art. 1: Constitution, Name, and Nature of the Agreement The "PACT OF THE FRENCH" (PADFI) is formally constituted and founded by the aforementioned representatives. The PADFI is a binding agreement of a strategic and moral nature, stipulated free of charge between the individual parties and the communities they represent. It establishes a body of regulations, guiding ideologies, and immutable moral principles, whose observance is recognized, accepted, and guaranteed by all parties present and their respective affiliated communities. Adherence to the PADFI implies full and unconditional acceptance of all its provisions.

 

Art. 2: Purpose, Location, and Scope of Application The Pact of the French does not have a single physical location but is operationally active within each adhering community in Italy, serving as an interconnected network of mutual support and vigilance. Its primary and inalienable purpose is twofold:

• Discipline and Regulation of Survival in Case of Global Conflict: The Pact defines the essential strategies and coordinated actions for the protection and safeguarding of the races indicated in the preamble (Real Vampires, Real Werewolves, Real Werewolves Vampires, Therians, Otherkins, Witches, Necromancers, Pagans, etc.) in the face of large-scale military conflicts that threaten their integrity and very existence.

• Prevention of Extinction and Preservation of Heritage: The PADFI is actively committed to preventing the extinction not only of sensitive races but also of magic, witchcraft in all its forms, witch-related religions and cults, necromancy, and pagan cults and associated philosophies. This includes the protection of ancient knowledge, ritual practices, sacred texts, and grimoires.

 

Art. 3: Oversight, Guarantee, and Jurisdiction Body The listed communities and representatives converge in recognizing the Italian Real Vampires League (LIRV), as the only legally constituted Association in Italy with a registered statute, as the fiscal and legal seat of the PADFI, investing it with the role of "Controlling Judge" over the observance and application of these rules. Its founding president, Jacob Demetri alias Horus Sat, and the LIRV Association itself, will act as supreme guarantors to ensure that the Pact of the French is observed with the utmost honor, absolute legality, and full respect for all its founding principles. Any disputes or violations of the Pact will be subject to the unappealable judgment of the LIRV, which may avail itself of an advisory council composed of representatives of the adhering communities for decisions of particular importance.

Art. 4: Lifestyle, Coexistence, and Salvation Strategies The Pact of the French unequivocally defines the lifestyle of the adhering communities as the only possible and indispensable model of conduct for collective salvation. This lifestyle is not just a set of precepts but a true strategy of adaptation and resilience. It aims both to preserve the various races from extinction in case of war and to save magical practices, ancient cults, and the entire body of ancient knowledge from oblivion and destruction. The PADFI describes in detail the proactive and reactive actions to be taken to prevent the extinction of the races, promoting cooperation and secrecy as fundamental pillars of survival.

Art. 5: Strategies for Numerical Increase and Prevention of Extinction of Sensitive Races The scarce and limited number of Real Vampires, Real Werewolves, Real Werewolves Vampires, Therians, and Otherkins in Italy and Europe imposes a crucial reflection: should an armed conflict occur on a global scale, our races would be exposed to a concrete and objective risk of succumbing and becoming completely extinct. Faced with such a threat, it is imperative that the communities part of this Pact have the possibility to protect themselves, with absolute priority against extinction. Secondly, it is fundamental to protect against the loss of ancient knowledge and our unique insights.

The only possible, logical, and rational way to protect these races from extinction is exponential numerical growth. For categories such as Real Vampires (RV), Real Werewolves (RW), Real Werewolves Vampires (RWV), Therians, and Otherkins, this implies the need to increase their communities both through natural birth (where possible) and, crucially, through the transmission of their peculiarities to third parties. American medical research, which has highlighted the possibility of a non-fatal "vampire virus" capable of inducing genetic modifications, or of transmissible genetic/biological factors, opens new perspectives. This refers to TRUE VAMPIRISM and TRUE LYCANTHROPY (distinct from cinematic fantasies) as something transmissible not only from parent to child but also from a Real Vampire or Real Werewolf to a third individual. The same principle applies to Therians and Otherkins.

While in the past the LIRV Association has cautiously maintained a position of non-disclosure on the impossibility of transformation (to avoid confusion, loss of control, and abuses of power by unscrupulous individuals), the emergence of a potential conflict necessitates a radical change in strategy. The safeguarding of our races from extinction now has absolute priority. Therefore, the individual communities of Vampires, Werewolves, Therians, and Otherkins will assume the responsibility of scrupulously and with the utmost diligence controlling the phenomenon of transformation. Such control must ensure that communities remain purified of ill-intentioned individuals, fanatics, and those driven solely by a thirst for power or selfish motives.

 

Art. 6: Methods of Control over Transformation and Integration of the Newly Awakened The individual communities adhering to the Pact of the French will designate responsible and qualified members from within their ranks, whose task will be to nurture, guide, train, and inform every transformed or "newly awakened" individual in the disciplines and principles of accountability. The newly awakened must adhere to the internal regulations governing the civil, ethical, and responsible life of their specific community of belonging.

Where specific and structured communities do not yet exist in Italy (for example, for Werewolves, Therians, or other categories), the Italian Real Vampires League (LIRV) Association, as a "mixed" national association and the controlling body of the PADFI, will assume responsibility for overseeing transformations and actively promoting the establishment and development of missing communities, providing logistical and regulatory support.

 

Art. 7: Eligibility Criteria and Conditions for Transformation It is essential to recognize that transformation into Vampires, Werewolves, etc., is not universally possible for every individual. Based on American medical research and the experience of ancient families, specific factors can prevent the success of the mutation. These include, but are not limited to, a particularly resistant immune system capable of neutralizing the transmissible agent (if it is a "vampire virus") or the lack of an innate genetic or biological predisposition to mutation in the individual. Pilot studies have shown that only a minority of people exposed to a transformative agent (e.g., drinking the blood of a Real Vampire) have actually developed the characteristics of the race, while most remained unaltered and in good health. This confirms that, without the individual's natural predisposition, no significant mutation into a Real Vampire or other sensitive race can occur.

It is also important to emphasize that, according to medical research, the transformative agent (e.g., the vampire virus) has the unique ability to induce a mutation that leads the individual to become an "other." This mutation does not harm the immune system or the overall health of the host; on the contrary, it improves certain bodily functions and prolongs life, allowing the individual to live longer in the host body. The mutation, however, is not a simple physical improvement but a true ontological change that leads the individual to become a new being with capacities, strengths, and weaknesses distinct from those of a common person, as described in detail in the traditions and archives of true vampire, werewolf, therian communities, etc.

 

Art. 8: Absolute Secrecy and Protection from Collective Hysteria The possibility that communities of Real Vampires or others implement the mutation/transformation process could generate deep and widespread shock in the general population. This scenario could trigger mass hysteria and a renewed "witch hunt" in a contemporary world increasingly prone to identifying new scapegoats in times of crisis. For these undeniable reasons, it is imperative that transformation operations and the very existence of such practices occur in the strictest secrecy.

It is strictly forbidden to disseminate public announcements such as "seeking people to transform into vampires" or similar. Any individual or group that contravenes this provision by publishing such announcements will be held responsible for enormous and irreparable damage to the safety and stability of our communities and will incur the most severe sanctions provided by the Pact. Transformation will be considered exclusively within the reserved and confidential scope of our communities. Selection will occur solely among those who approach the LIRV and undertake a path of mutual knowledge and trust, demonstrating absolute transparency and integrity, with nothing to hide from the LIRV and the adhering communities. Violation of secrecy is considered an unforgivable betrayal.

 

Art. 9: Guidance, Investigation, and Preparation of Candidates for Transformation No individual may be transformed without having completed thorough preparation and without having been guided by a designated member. It will not be permissible in any way to yield to blackmail, threats, or pressure from those who desire transformation solely for a lust for power, personal boasting, or any other selfish and superficial motivation.

Every person requesting transformation must be subject to an in-depth investigation by the LIRV or the communities adhering to the Pact of the French. This investigation will include an analysis of the individual, verification of their past (prioritizing the absence of troubled records or morally questionable behavior), and a scrupulous evaluation of the authentic motivations that lead them to request transformation.

To this end, the communities, starting with the LIRV, will equip themselves with "Guides" or "Masters," individuals of proven experience, wisdom, and integrity. Their task will be to ethically, psychologically, and spiritually prepare the neophyte for transformation and to follow them in the subsequent phases, ensuring their responsible growth and harmonious integration into the community. Guides will be responsible for instilling in the neophyte respect for the principles of the Pact and the traditions of the chosen race.

 

Art. 10: Safeguarding of Magical, Necromantic, Pagan Knowledge, and Other Cults The safeguarding from extinction of Witches, Mages, Necromancers, Pagans, Wiccans, Satanists, and adherents of other esoteric and religious cults differs substantially from the numerical increase strategies for sensitive races. In this section, survival does not depend on physical "transformation" but on the propagation and transmission of ancient lore and knowledge to a greater number of individuals. The primary objective is that the heritage of knowledge—that which must be saved—can be preserved from extinction through broader and controlled sharing.

It is recognized that the acquisition of abilities as a Witch, Necromancer, etc., can occur through various channels: the direct transfer of knowledge from relatives, ancestors, or masters; spiritual inheritance; formal learning at esoteric schools; or even interaction with Entities (such as Demons, for relevant cults).

Therefore, every Witch, Necromancer, Pagan, or practitioner of other esoteric cults who wishes to save their knowledge has the moral and strategic duty to create and train apprentices. These apprentices must be carefully selected for their integrity, dedication, and predisposition, and will be the designated heirs of their arts, qualities, and knowledge, ensuring the continuity and perpetuation of ancient wisdom.

Concurrently, ancient texts, family grimoires, school grimoires, Books of Shadows, magic books, magical instruments, and any other artifact or resource containing occult knowledge must be saved, cataloged, protected, and safeguarded in every way from any potential wartime or destructive threat. Communities will commit to identifying secure locations (physical or digital, if adequately protected) for the preservation of this invaluable heritage, ensuring access only to designated Guardians of Knowledge.
